(1) Strictly adhere to national laws, regulations, company bylaws, relevant contractual agreements, and internal regulations governing integrity and ethical conduct.
(2) Abide by laws and regulations governing the prohibition of commercial bribery, such as the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China, and steadfastly refuse any gifts or offerings constituting commercial bribery, bribes, or any other unethical commercial practices.
(3) Avoid accepting favors, monetary gifts, rebates, valuable items, or any other valuable securities from client personnel, fellow company employees, or third parties based on their work authority. Also, decline invitations and entertainment activities organized by client organizations or business partners.
(4) Refrain from allowing clients, fellow company employees, or any third parties to reimburse personal expenses that should be borne individually and avoid providing any undue advantages of an unethical nature.
(5) Abstain from personal enrichment through fraudulent or corrupt means and refrain from leveraging their authority for personal gain through paid intermediaries or business solicitation.
(6) Voluntarily accept disciplinary oversight, actively collaborate with the Audit and Inspection Center and various levels of the company's disciplinary departments during investigations, and willingly report any improper actions that violate laws, regulations, or company policies.
